Virtually close the distance and improve the customer experience for existing customers and showcase available inventory and allow for remote customers to access inventory that is not available in their local market.
The Strategy
Develop an e-commerce presence for the NWC Motorsports business that allows customers to shop online. Generate sales leads for snowmobiles, boats, ATV’s and engines by providing up-to-date model information and complete listings for all current models and simplified communication and quoting. Simplify the process of ordering parts from the +200,000 parts available through OEM inventory sources and offer an extended assortment of non-inventoried products by e-commerce.

NWC Motorsports full inventory is exposed across Canada and a new website allows customers to order parts online and generates leads for boats, ski-doos, and ATVs.
