In business since 1999 Home Bistro is one of the only gourmet meal delivery companies that doesn’t require a subscription or membership. The business had a legacy website and IT architecture that was preventing the brand from growing beyond a loyal customer base. To attract new customers we needed to modernize the business and position for growth.

A rebrand focused the brand’s message and modernized the look while an e-commerce re-platforming improved the shopping experience and allowed for the capture of digital marketing data to better understand the customer and improve KPI like bounce rate and cart abandonment while improving time on the site and conversion rate.
We generated interest in the Home Bistro brand through social media influencer and affiliate marketing, Pay Per Click advertising including Google Ads, Facebook and Microsoft Ads.
We worked collectively with our suppliers to modernize our menu, ingredients, packaging and to improve our just-in-time fulfillment while overhauling our IS infrastructure and streamlining our operations, including converting an IBM AS400 ERP to Netsuite.
