Return Healthy
Turning clinical credibility into recurring, measurable growth.
Return Healthy makes practitioner-formulated supplements for people recovering from mold and biotoxin illness, Lyme, and gut and immune conditions, sold direct to patients and wholesale to clinics. As Head of Digital Commerce & Marketing, I work directly with the founders to set the brand's B2C and B2B growth strategy, and I lead the team, partners, and technology that deliver it. The work is ongoing; this is the shape of it so far.

The Opportunity
A trusted clinical brand, ready for a digital business to match.
Return Healthy's formulas and clinical credibility were already its greatest strengths. The opportunity was to build a digital business as strong as the products: one that earns recurring revenue instead of starting over each month, speaks to customers in one consistent voice, invests in acquisition with clear intent, and gives leadership the numbers to steer by.
It had to serve two audiences at once, patients buying for themselves and practitioners buying for their clinics, without diluting the clinical voice both rely on. Every claim the brand makes has to survive compliance review, which shapes how the marketing is written.
Commerce & Recurring Revenue
Sell the way patients actually buy, and make revenue repeat.
Patients on a protocol buy for months, not a single bottle, and practitioners recommend in courses. I built the offer strategy around that reality for retail and wholesale customers alike: subscriptions and multi-month packs designed so a first order becomes an ongoing relationship, on a storefront rebuilt to sell the way patients actually buy.
Recurring revenue steadies growth. The business no longer restarts at zero each month, and every new customer is worth more over their lifetime, which changes what the brand can afford to invest in reaching the next one.
Growth & Engagement
Acquire with intent, engage in one voice, and let partners extend the reach.
I set paid media strategy across Meta and Google on a simple principle: invest where intent already exists, hold every campaign to the same measures, and route new prospects into lead-generation funnels built to convert and retain.
I rebuilt the lifecycle program on Klaviyo, from lead nurturing and welcome journeys through automations for every stage of the buying cycle, so customers hear from the brand in one consistent voice, at the right moment, from first visit to reorder.
I also developed the affiliate and practitioner partnership program and the customer review strategy, giving clinics, creators, and loyal patients a structured way to recommend the brand, with incentive and compliance rules designed so growth never creates risk.
Brand & Authority
Become the expert people, and their AI assistants, turn to.
I led a brand refresh across imagery, art direction, product storytelling, packaging, and the printed educational materials that ship with the product. A clinical brand should look and sound as credible as it is.
The content strategy is built to establish Return Healthy as the subject-matter authority in its category: clinically reviewed education that answers the questions patients actually ask, held to one publishing standard. The aim is not volume. It is that when someone, or an AI assistant acting for them, asks who understands mold recovery, Lyme, or gut health, Return Healthy is the answer, and the organic and agentic traffic that follows compounds over time.
Data, Technology & Leadership
Decisions made on evidence, by a lean team operating at scale.
I introduced dashboards and a weekly performance review that bring sales, subscriptions, email, social, paid, and organic performance into one view for leadership. Decisions across the brand's digital platform are made from it.
I led the replatforming of the commerce and marketing technology stack, select and manage the vendors and partners behind it, and partner with leadership on ERP, fulfillment, and supply chain. I also brought AI into marketing and operations to automate reporting, accelerate content, and build internal tools, which is a large part of how a lean team runs at the pace of a much larger one. A hands-on background in design, photography, and technology helps me work closely with every part of that team.
